SOURCE: Driver Side Window won't work- Chevy Blazer 2003

If it does not make any noise, or sound like its getting any power, most likely its the switch.

SOURCE: The driver side only blows

Yes it is most likely a vacuum actuator there are more then one . They open and close little doors in the ducts to deriect air flow inside the ducts . They are not easy to get at in most cases however you should look at all vacuum lines going to and near the unit its controlled by engine vacuum . exhust all other opptions first before takeing the dash out . The problem could also be electrical check the control switches make sure the switch is not bad on one side . Spend some time looking and thinking before you start riping things apart. Good luck with it

2005 chevy 3500 drivers side ac goes to heat yet the passenger side stays on ac No matter how I adjust the temp control it will no push ac until I turn off the truck and restart it.

Your ac system has actuated doors control the temperature. Your right side temp actuator has failed. As you can see n this picture from the factory manual. That is called your hvac box or ip carrier. It's under the passenger side of your dash behind the glove box. Number 4 is the air temperature actuator for the right(passenger side) that's your faulty component. Unfortunately it's on top of the hvac box and the only way to access it seems to be by removing the dash and is a lengthy repair.

Where is the HVAC box on a 2003 suburban ?

Either stuck blend door or a bad blend door actuator motor. It's located under the dash. Remove the actuator and move the door by hand to see if it's binding. If it's free, then the problem is with the actuator or linkage.

My 2003 Chevy Tahoe is blowing a/c from the two vents that face drivers side, but are blowing heat from the passenger (2) vents (while a/c is on not heat). I was told that there is a way to re-set the...

Hello: You have a temp actuator that has failed. Set the temp for 90 degrees then check and see which side is blowing cold, the actuator for the driver side is on the center bottom of the heater case, the actuator for the passenger side is on top of the heater case (the dash has to be removed to replace) There is no re-programming for 2003 and back. After replacing the failed actuator you will have to re-calibrate all doors. One other item you can check is open the passenger side front door, remove access panel on end of dash and make sure all connectors are fully connected.
