P0700 is a generic transmission code a code reader which reads transmission codes will narrow the code down. P1775 may be from a transmission code reader. found some info on it above.
You might be able to disconnect the negative battery cable for a period of time?
Otherwise, the use of an OBD II, Scanner/Reader should be able to clear codes. Most Auto Parts stores will provide scan-read-clear services for free.
First you will need to retreive the trouble code from the computer. If you don't have access to a code reader or scan tool then your local auto parts store( autozone, advance auto, napa ) usally can get them out for you.
These are all transmission codes there located insde the trany under oil pan Probably olny one one of them in stuck or bad But you realy should have this done at a transmissoin shop and also have them change filters do a complete service on it to there becase when they go there not cheap to rebuild
A number of things. Take a minute and run into major auto parts stores like Pep Boys, Autozone, etc & they will scan for trouble codes for free, and see if vehicle has any stored first, then let us know. It will hopefully make diagnosis easier for all. When was last tune-up & service performed?
