SOURCE: Turn signals dont work headlights dont dim heater fan doesnt work

Did all these problems happen all at one time?? If so you may have a bad body ground. Try running a electrical wire from the (-) negative side of the battery to the body and see if this works. Be sure this wire is to a place with no paint as low voltage electricity will not flow through paint.
A). If not try replacing the turn signal flasher for the turn signal problem. This is usually the culprit and it's easiest and cheapest to replace. The turn signal flasher will be found under the driver side dash next to the hazard flasher. Turn the hazard flasher one to locate it. If you want try swapping the turn signal flasher with the hazard flasher to see if this fixes it. They are the same style flasher.
If this doesn't work you may a faulty turn signal switch or some wiring issues.
B). It could as simple as the head lights bulbs need to be replaced, it's rare but I have seen when both bulbs blew at or near the same time. If your able check the voltage at the head sockets.
C). Could be a bad blower motor or switch. I'm not sure if these models have a resistor block or not. The resister block controls the electrical current going to blower motor which controls the speed of the blower fan.

SOURCE: 1993 Dodge Shadow...left turn signal won't flash

If you have trouble finding signal flasher, turn your right side blinker on, and follow clicking noise to flasher.

SOURCE: 1995 Dodge Dakota signal light and brake lights quit

I had the same problem that the brake light / turn signal on the right side didn't work (in the 2006 Dodge Caravan it's the same bulb). After a long search I found the problem: There was corrosion on the contact of the bulb assembly. After scraping off the corrosion everything works now.

My left and right turn signals flash fast on when the parking lights or headlights are on. They work normally when the headlights and/or parking lights are off. 2003 Monte Carlo SS 3.8

I think you found the correct grounds, now check the sockets, look for signs of corrosion look very closely at the bulb filaments to see if one goes out as the other goes bright if the bulbs are to bright wear sunglasses so turn on the park lights then a turn signal and start at the right rear and work your way around. I hope this helps. Take care.

Hello, I have 2008 Dodge Caliber SXT. Having a strange issue with the right front turn signal. Preamble- hazards on, all signal lights work normally, headlights, break lights, reverse lights.. all work....

Actually the bad ground is usually in the socket that you put the bulb in. The replacement socket is available at almost any parts store and are not hard to change just access the rear of the lamp and turn the socket counterclockwise then cut and match wires. This is almost guaranteed to repair this problem. I hope this helps. Take care.

Left signal works right will not flash only rear light comes on checked bulb in front it good. headlights stay on all the time as well...

if it does not flash it is most likely the bulb may look good but can be bad , take a test light for the socket and see if you test light blinks , if the headlights stay on look in your owners manual should be a light sensor on it so you can set it to shut them off ,

When its blinking fast look at both front and rear to verify which bulb isnt flashing. If the right works OK, then the flasher is OK. The flasher is INSIDE the front control module/integrated power module. If you cant find the problem, you may need a dealer to check it.
