Drain the system. Remove the upper radiator cover and the dual cooling fans (4 bolts and an electrical connector). Disconnect the transmission cooler lines and the upper and lower hoses.. The radiator should freely pull straight up and out. Reverse the process to install the new radiator.
You didn't mention for what system (A/C. Cruise Control etc) so this is for the emissions/powertrain managment.
