2005 ford expedition ac relay

Fuse number 11 in the fusebox on the passenger side keeps blowing. I can change it and the AC works for a while, but then the fuse blows again. I know there is a relay under the hood for the AC, but I don't know which of the 3 relays is for the AC. I can't find it anywhere in the owners guide.

You need factory wiring diagrams to work on any vehicle
If a fuse blows, it does so for a reason,& replacing it,is
not a fix.
Need a shop to work on the issue
If you loose one relay in 60 years of driving, that would be
a lot,so forget that, leave relay testing to people with
those skills

04 navigator is blowing ac fuse 11, ac coil shorted, 3 different coils, can ac compress short the coils

How did you hook up the inline fuse to compressor and ground to compress ? Ground what ? Right at the clutch coil ? You have to be hooking it up wrong . The compressor can't cause the clutch coil to short or blow the fuse , even if the compressor were seized up . An before that would have the serpentine belt would burn up , squealing noise. applying B+ voltage in the relay socket ,pin 30 to pin 87 will engage the compressor clutch . If the fuse blows the wiring from the relay to the compressor clutch is shorted to ground . Look for rubbed through wiring harness .

The AC relay fuse keeps blowing

It is most likely the ac clutch,or the blower motor causing the problem, when it is working, feel of the blower motor to see if it is hot,to touch,if it is,this is the problem,if it is not,the ac clutch will be the problem.

2004 expedition when a turn on the AC the vents in the front don't blow any air

sounds like the front blower motor is bad on the passenger side under the dash. remove the panel under dash and you will see the blower motor housing and blower motor. check the plug in on the bottom of motor if it is plugged up and not working pull the motor out by removing the screws around motor and dropping out hook directly to battery and see if it works if it does it is a fuse or relay.
