reset the sensors ??? What sensors ?? What problem are you having ? Car not starting ? Did you use a interface module ? Do you know about vehicle computer data network ? Class 2 serial data ?

and for p0420
you can try this:
Check for exhaust leaks at the manifold, pipes, catalytic converter. Repair as required.
Use a scope to diagnose the oxygen sensor operation (Tip: The oxygen sensor in front of the catalytic converter normally has a fluctuating waveform. The waveform of the sensor behind the converter should be more steady).
Inspect the downstream heated oxygen sensor (HO2), replace if necessary.
Replace the catalytic converter.

On the 2004 impala the ABS sensor comes attached to the wheel bearing hub assembly. the hub assembly is around 100 dollars. If you are referring to the wheel speed sensor it is around 25 dollars.

I have a 2002 Impala with 3.8L, and just replaced my Bank1 O2.
It is located between the firwall and the middle of the engine, straight down past the spark plugs. Maybe 12 inches from the top of the engine.
As I recall the plug for the sensor is clipped to a bracket at about spark plug level.
I recommend using the crow foot style wrench to remove and install.

Depress the accelerator pedal to the floor 3 times within 5 seconds.This is with the key on and engine not running.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Need trodle position sensor replace.

Turn off the radio and turn the key to the on postion. push the bottom knob ( to turn the station). Hold it in intell the info comes on. in the window it will show all the things you can reset. using the arrows to the right of the knob find tire reset the push on the station knob. this will reset it. then go back to the arrows and find end. push on the knob one more time and you will be done.( you have to make sure the radio is off).
