Error p2610 means the clock in the ECM and soaker timer of the EVAP system doesn't syncronize. Usually that is caused by a bad ECM since it's all built-in. Try clearing the code first to see if it happens again.
If a P2610 has been verified do not replace the ECM. Perform the following steps when encountering a P2610.
Turn the IGNITION OFF for 90 seconds. Unplug both the engine control module (ECM) connectors for 90 seconds. After 90 seconds has passed, re-install the ECM connectors. With the ignition on use the Tech2 and clear all codes in the ECM. This procedure should prevent future sets of the P2610. For 2006 and certain 2007 model vehicles, there may also be a calibration update available which addresses P2610 false sets.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
In general terms, if all of the fuses and connectors are ok, the problem is inside the power control module (PCM). Could be a bad connection somewhere from the water problem. I would take it back to the dealer again for a look at the warranty coverage if everything checks out with the fuses and connections.
The unique way to know what means this warning is scanning the PCM (Powertrain Control Module); visit Autozone or AutoShop with OBD scanner reader and note this fault code.
With this code number could send additional details to diagnostic and solve it. Keep in touch.
