Front bumper removal is quite easy. To start with there is 4 10mm bolts one by each headlamp ( with the bonnet open) remov them. There is 3 T30 screws that hold the under tray to the subframe and there is also a small corner trim that is on the bumper side of the front wheel arch here is 3 T30 screws holding them on on each side. Finally remove the front wheel arch lining so you can get acsess to the inside of the bumper. You will then see a 10mm bolt towards the top of the bumper that is reversed to you. Remove then the bumper should then just pull away.
Becareful not to damage the fog lamp harness upon removal
Front bumper requires removal to gain acsess to the lower 10mm bolts. Bumper comes off by removing the 2 10mm bolts on the top of the bumper then unscrew the 2 T30 screws in the front wheel arch liner (bumper side) and then you will be able to see a 10mm bolt reversed into a bracket at the top of the bumper from a inside veiw, remove and repeat for the other side. Then its 3 10mm bolts that secure the front under tray (if yours has one). Then there will be another 10mm bolt to the wing side of the headlamp from a above veiw. Bumper should then just pull off and watch for the connector for the fog lamp harness.
Just the 2 lower headlamp bolts andit should pull from its housing
