Window stuck, this may be due to a bad window motor or window regulator, see if you can move the window by hand, does it go up or down? if it does not then you will still need to remove door panel and look at regulator to see if cables are jammed up, if they are then replace the regulator and motor as one, if cables are good and nothing is broken then test motor for power and ground while operating the switch, this will tell you if it is the switch or motor,

PASSENGER WINDOW WON'T GO DOWN FROM DRIVERS SIDE

That sounds like the switch is failing to me. Many times these switches get wet and or dirty which causes them to fail to make a proper contact. I have sprayed many of these switches with electrical contact cleaner and seen them work like new. I would try that first before replacing the switch.

2002 pontiac montana passanger pwr window

I beleive you need to change the Power Window Switches Module in the drivers side door panel, as these connections are interlinked within this module and it is usually the first part that fails. Especially that you already changed the switches & motor in the passenger door and it still does not work. Once you remove the dual switch module in the driver's side door, you will understand what I mean. Plus it is really easy to access. Good luck! I have the same model, Claude

My rear automatic windows are stuck open could this be a fuse

It is unlikely that the rear windows are fused separately.
Most vehicles have a button to disable the rear windows to prevent children from playing with them. On our vehicle, if the windows are already down and then disabled, they may not go up unless done from the front controls or the disable function is undone.
