My window is stuck about midway down and the motor wont even kick in to roll up. You can hear it kick in to roll down and then with about a 15 second delay the window will roll down. What could the problem be?
SOURCE: windows wont roll up and down and hazard continues
These are two separate issues. The most common cause of the clicking is the hazard switch located above the radio.Replacing this generally takes care of that issue occassionally it is a malfunction in the turn signal switch but most likely the hazard switch. If all windows are affected would check fuses first. If the windows roll down from the corresponding switches example rf allows rf to roll down. If not suspect an electrical issue such as fuse or relay. If they do roll down from the switches on the doors but not the drivers door possible a master switch issue.Drivers door contains a master switch that controls all windows.Do the windows work at all?

Problem number one sounds like a dead battery to me. Problem with driver door is the cable in your window regulator is broken and bound up. Will need to replace the regulator. Passenger side window problem could be caused by a number of things... most common that come to mind are window guide not in correct position or one of the bolts that hold the window to the regulator has come loose.

Sounds like the window regulator has broken, remove the door panel to inspect and fix

First thing to check is if the window has fallen off the track. You will need to remove the door panel to look at the regulator guides. See if the window glass is aligned with the regulator guide. If the alignment is correct then you will need to replace the power window regulator because it has failed. Click on the link below to view the part you will need:
