My wife accidenly put diesel fuel in the tank of my 2011 Lexus ct22h . I had the gas tank drained and and put 2 gal reg gas in tank then pumped that out so fuel line were clear of diesel fuel then put in 1/2 tank full of reg gas again. Car seems to run fine but there a pending p0420 code. After a while the check engine light came on. What next?My wife accidenly put diesel fuel in the tank of my 2011 Lexus ct22h . I have a feeling you got a wholed of unleaded fuel or bad fuel
I drive a diesel box truck the station I always took it to the fuelman put unleaded in the diesal tanks and the truck just died it had to have the gas tank completed drained and cleaned out but also ask yourself how many miles are on it and when was last tune up and if you live in a cold climate I recommend a heater block plug

I would start there way to much pressure at separator check fuel pressure you may want tto try a good additive seems like there is alot of condensation
crack open an injector line and look for fuel at that point if no fuel there, take off oil filtertype fuel filter and look to see if it has fuel in it..we had a ford f650 superduty that a driver ran empty and were forever bleeding att hthe air out of the system to restart it..on diesels the system can have no air in the lines anywhere..so if the filter is empty, fill it before installing it...saves on the starter getting hot...in extreme cases you can pump pressure into the tank up to 20 psi and force fuel up front be careful on plastic tanks though...good luck and repost please...
try replacing the fiter otherwise the line might be pluged if thats the case id eather replace the line or completley disconect it and blow threw it with air.
run scanner for trouble codes, some auto parts stores will do this for free, check fuses, check for fuel at fuel rail, if not check fuel pump relay, you should here it click when key is first turned on, if not try to bend tabs slightly to make good contact, if no click, replace relay if so turn key off then on listen in tank with cap off for whirling sound if tank, if not could be fuel pump, sorry
If fuel filter hasn't been done lately I would start there & if you can, have fuel pressure tested while your at it. You may have tired fuel pump but pressure test will confirm. If you recently filled up somewhere different last time you got gas, I'd also try some "Heet" or similar just incase you got a tank full with some water in it.
it sounds like your fuel lines aren't maintaining pressure and the angle is allowing too much fuel to drain out of the lines. i have the same issue with and older f350 diesel if i let it sit a while and it doesn't get started.
