I had this problem a couple months ago and I replaced the fuel pump, regulator, pulgs and wires ,spider injection, all new sencors and it fixed it .Now it has the same problem again .It has plenty of fire at the plugs, as long as you spray gas into the intake it will run.I have a little over the riqired amount of fuel pressure at the check point imreally lost any one got any ideas? Could it be the computer?
Those are notorious for failure especially if you did not get OEM. One of the things to check is the ECM GROUND. That year has issues with the ground connection bus and it comes loose.
So, injectors are not firing, right? Is there power on the pink injector wire? If you put an ac voltmeter on any of the injector connectors while cranking, do you see ac voltage?

do you get check engine codes?..have you done a leak down test and compression test to determine mechanical engine health?
SOURCE: my s10 will turn over, but wont squirt gas through injecter
Does it crank? Do you have any codes? Check engine light? Do you have spark? No spark check coil, and connections, also it would be nice to know what year it is. Get codes read. No crank check battery and starter. No codes or lights check crank position sensor, make sure your pcm is good after replacing your ignition mod you could have blown it if you did do it right. (engine computer) Check cam sensor if applies. Crank and cam could prevent it from starting and I know one I think cam controls pcm's fuel delivery on gm's

throttle position sensor, or check to make sure you have vacume going to the map sensor. Alot of times the outlet on the throttle body gets plugged and there is no vacume at the map--causes it to die. unplug the throttle position sensor and then rev it up and see if its better.

sounds like youve really done your home work all that comes to mind now is try a cam posistion sensor this would keep your car from starting as well if that is good you can aslo try a crank sensor. you will get all of the readings that you are getting and these sensors can still be bad.

Wow, that's interesting, I'm trying to think how you could be getting gas in the oil. I'm guessing the gas on top of the motor is coming from a leaking O-ring. You maybe have a nick or tear in one of the O-rings in that area. It might only leak at certain temperatures with things expanding and contracting. Try wiggling some of the lines and fuel pressure regulator to see if you can make the leak a little more obvious. As far as gas in the oil the only thing that I can think of is leaky injector and the gas running down past the piston rings. I guess it could leak down past the intake manifold into the lifter valley but, I find that hard to believe. Good luck with that one, have a Happy New Year!!!
