Replaced the bearings on the right side but the car still sounds like it is rubbing on something while driving. It is something to do with the wheels turning, the faster you go the faster the sound, the slower the slower the sound. Breaks and rotors on front end replace last fall. Car is not driven much.

If I were you I would not use the car. It could be a bad wheel bearing or a steering tierod end thats about to go. Find out what the peoblem is first before driving. It could be several things. But a "thumping" noise sounds serious.

Bad news... It sounds like you have a broken/stripped axle. I would start at the wheel and start disassembling from the outside in. It may just be a stripped spline in the spindle.

Take a look at the lower control arm rear bushings..Also look at the sway bar for bad bushing and stabilizer links. The exhaust towards the manifold,And or struts,Hope this helps you find the problem..Have a great night

Jack up the front end and put stands under it and block rear wheels. Look at axle boots and see if they are cracked. Try turning wheel back and forth sharply and see if you can hear any clicking. Problem could be outer axle joints. If the boots are cracked or you hear a clicking noise you will have to replace the axle. The axle and boot come as a complete unit. Please let me know what you find out.

You must replace wheel bearings in pairs to avoid loading the old bearing and, in time ruining your new bearing hub it is possible that you have already damaged the new hub

Hi ruff_cuts, I want to help you with your question.
Is the noise a low hum, a metallic grinding or a louder growling noise? Are you using the standard wheels and tyres?
Can you please add details in the comment box?
Sorry fixed it.
