If your car key had a chip in it then call a locksmith that is able to reprogram a new key to the antitheft system. There is an chip inside the key that the system uses to enable the engine to start. AutoZone sells new lock cylinders w/two keys for like $80 but you'll still need to program the keys with a scanner that has antitheft capabilities. The dealers charges like $475 for a lock cylinder with one key.

Lost the only key I had for vehicle

Is the car locked? If not remove the glove box lock or a door lock and take it to a locksmith to make a key for you.

Lost my lock in nut

Assuming you mean key, is it OEM Ford or aftermarket? Do you know the brand if aftermarket? Do you know the lock number? Replacement keys can be ordered from the aftermarket manufacture. Ford's locks are make by an aftermarket manufacture, but the might use different part numbers. If OEM, bring it to the dealer for match up if possible.
