what you are doing is a short cut to costly repairs as a spun bearing usually requires a new con rod as well as bearings
have you had the injector spray pattern checked ? i would advise getting that done and then work backwards from a known good component, also have you had the OBD codes read as these should help pinpoint the sensor/switch etc at fault , actually do thes ethe other way round OBD first , keep me posted if you wish
