if the pump is leaking then it needs replacing it sounds like someone in the past has introduced glycol based coolant in to a oat. organic acid tech coolant system THEY DO NOT MIX and go like brown jelly and block things up like heater/ac systems it needs a good flush using a cooling system flushing adative

Black smoke from exhaust+ misfire when cold
No codes? Most likely the start details. Block temp sensor is not getting it's signal to ECU. I had similar problem different car. Cleaned contacts fixed the problem. I don't know where your's is but if you DIY Check a repair manual.
Could be something else. Auto parts store may help you read codes and may know what to from the codes.

Yes. They can install a cd changer on your trunk. Have an audio shop do it for you and guide you on the use the cd changer.

What does the dash board red lights mean
On the X-Type dash display,
Located above the message center are two lamps, red for warning and amber for caution. When a message is displayed, the appropriate lamp will illuminate to attract the driver's attention and to signify the importance of the message.

How do I remover the gear lever gaiter
unscrew the shift knob ( rotate CCW) . remove the gaiter surround by gently prying up (use popsicle sticks or the like) at the 4 corners to remove the 4 clips

What is the S on the shifter
It is 'sport' mode for the suspension. The control module will stiffen up the shock absorbers by pumping air into them.

HARD STARTING AND CUTS OUT AFTER HALF A KM
michaelsciaryou get half a turn and cut out and try again and starts, I would be looking at the key recongnition ring at the ignition, the vehicle fobe mey loose the reading or it is difected, could also be that you are using the other key on the car and has a hard time recongnicing it. can also be a bad connection at the battery and or the starter motor. if only happings in the morning or after the vehicle has been parked 6 to 8 hours, I would also che you battery, but I would think that the battery has been replaced in 8 years I hope, well good luck.
