Ok so taking into consideration some of the good tips on here, There is a small plastic cap on top of the dash, grab a regular screw driver and pop that off and the main vacuum junction is located there, where you will easily figure out what to do next :o)

0174 is system too lean, right bank. 0420 is catalyst sytem efficiency below threshold, left bank. fix would be either oxygen sensor or catalytic converter replacement possibly would need both. note: this veh would possibly have up to 4 oxygen sensors, but cause of problem would be the ones coming off manifolds before the catalytic converter possibly in manifold or y-pipe/down pipe.

after being sat for so long the drive plates may have dried out, some transmissions need to be lubricated to work?? sounds wierd I know but its true, change the transmission oil and try again.

NO you prob need new window motors thats what it sounds like there like 30 bucks a piece at advance auto parts but that was last year for my blazer and it sounds like what had happened so try it or goto a garage and get them to do it, DEF TAKES A PROFESSIONAL TO INSTALL
