I have a 2000 ford Windstar with problems
First get the vehicle plugged into an OBD2 Diagnostic system or an OBD2 scanner to find out why the Check Engine light is On. This will give Trouble Codes as clues to where any problems are. This will cost you money so ask at 4 or 5 garages as the prices can be VERY different, (Dealerships will charge you well over a $100 for them to do it). These codes might explain the starting and rolling issues.
How bad is the Oil leak? If the leak is serious, where you can see it dripping, get it to a good mechanic AS SOON as possible! Driving with low oil levels WILL cause serious damage to the engine. (By serious I mean Expensive!).
If it is only seeping out don't panic about it but get a good mechanic tol ook at it and trace where the leak is coming from as soon as you can.
For the gear box issue I'm assuming this is on an automatic transmission. When you put it in Park a metal 'Peg' drops into a notch inside the transmission stoping it from turning. Moving it into Neutral tells the vehicle electronics that it isn't in park and turns off some of the safety controls.
Your issue sounds like this 'Peg' isn't doing what it's supposed to do. A faulty sensor or the peg mechanism itself could be the problem. You will need a transmission specialist to look at it to see where the actual problem is.
Comment below with the Trouble Codes and I'll try to explain them for you.

The tach needle is over by the gear selector
I had same issue with my 2001 Windstar. To take the pointer needle back to its position without removing the Cluster, you will need to:
- Remove the head lights and dimming switch together with the bezel (left side of steering column). It is snap-fit, so just pull it softly from the edges
- From there, you will be able to peek and see the prndl and the red portion of the pointer stucked
- With a long soft stick (I cut a thin long portion from a manila folder, but you can also use a plastic flat stick or any thin card board material that you can cut like from cereal box) insert it into the prndl small opening between the Cluster lens and bezel to push the needle.
- If the pointer doesn't move at all and your paper stick is bended, it might be pretty stuck (due to the countinuous pushing while placing the shift is P). For that, you can use a wood stick, like a chopstick, to un-stock it. Same thing, insert it trough the opening. Do not insert it all the way, as it will not fit. This is just to unstock the pointer with the chopstick tip.
- Once it is unstuck, get back to the paper stick and now insert it again and push the pointer up until it gets back to 0 by itself.
It is higly possible that your pointer will be bend at this point (again due to the continuous pushing of the shift at P). So you might want to consider removing the Cluster lens to bend it back straight.
Important: There are several comments that it is due to some ground connections issues on the cluster, which might be true. I haven't try finding it. Your pointers will eventually jump crazy again some day. In my case this happens 2 times a year (for the last 3yrs). If this happens again, hit the top of the panel hard with your hand and the pointers will jump back.
Due to this, it will be up to you if you want to remove or replace the cluster. I didn't find it worthy.
Good luck!

Camber Alignment specs 2000 Windstar
Camber is not adjustable. If it is out of alignment, you probably have other parts that are bent or weak. Take to an alignment shop for diagnosis of the camber.

Where is the wiper relay located on a 2000 Ford Windstar
There are two relay's located in the under hood fuse / relay box . Windshield wiper on / off relay an windshield wiper speed relay .Both relay's are controlled by the FEM - front electronic module . The prudent thing to do would be to take to a qualified repair shop that has a professional type scan tool to check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes rather then play a guessing game . Changing parts that don't fix the problem . The wiper switch is a input to the ( FEM ) when an input is seen the (FEM) then energizes the relay's .

2000 windstar limited ford shuts off when it wants to,HELP THANK YOU.
Does it start back up right away ? Need to let it sit for a bit ? Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuit's ? Using a wiring diagram ,so you know what wire's your testing . Also using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter to test said circuit's ? If not your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

My 2000 Ford Windstar 3.8L
Air/Fuel/Spark.
To clean a fuel filter you replace it. you can take the injectors off and soak them in cleaner as well but if it will not turn over, you are not getting the starter to work which could be the starter or could be the solenoid that is between the batter and the starter.
If it is turning over, take out a spark plug and hold it firmly to the engine case and crank one revolution to verify your spark plugs are firing. Don't get shocked (not my fault if you do). You should also smell the gas coming from the cylinder and that will help confirm the injectors and fuel system are working.
Hope that helps.
