Check the fuse for the door locks first, then if nothing there look for a wiring diagram that shows the ground wire location and verify the ground is made. Also the driver side lock switch button could be the culprit

Winston, you will have to take it in and have scanned for fault codes to determine why Traction Control is doing this, may ba faulty sensor or wheel bearing.

i had the same issue with my car. i found a part that i could install myself and it will bypass the issue all together. I installed mine 5 years ago and i havent had any problems since. Some factory and aftermarket alarms lock the doors as you shift out of Park, or the car goes faster than 7-10 MPH, and unlock when shift to Park, or turn off ignition. If you have the option to cancel this option and lock the doors manually, then you know the signal input wire(s) have loose connection and are the culprits.

Check the heater motor actuator, in the inside in about the center under the dash attached to the heater duct. The actuator is a small motor that opens and closes the door on the air unit to direct the hot or cold air. One of the doors is not closing from the heat side of the unit.

I think your right that its a bad bearing or hub. If your feeling it in the gas pedal and the floor, its most likely the front. If you can find an empty parking lot, try to get up to the speed it starts making the noise, and turn left and right. With the extra load being put on each bearing from turning, that will tell you which side it is.
