more than likely it has a 700r4. full size trucks came from the factory with that transmission. most t350's came in mid size cars

Do a full blown fuel system cleaning and replace fuel filter. If you can, check the SeaFoam.com site on cleaning procedures. It works great for bringing the dead (stored/parked) back to life. FWIW, mashing the pedal to floor on those older TBIs actually turns fuel off on start ups. Run a good cleaner through it (sounds like injector is gummed up)

Can't say for sure don't have that manaul but look inside the glove box for a plastic cover it will say relays .The 1st is the fuel pump 2nd I belive would be the horn 3rd would be the fog lights .They are all the same and can be swooped out for each other to test them .

I would check the O2 sensor wires and anything that may have got between the block and transmission, when you put the motor in. Also, you may have a sticking fuel pressure regulator. Also check all your connections to the sensors on the motor. Any check engine light on?
