Number of problems it could be.
1. Clogged or bad fuel pump/filter
2. Plugged catalytic converters
3. Tune up, air filter, plugs & wires
4. Vacuum leaks
5. Bad cam / crank sensor
Sounds like it's starving for either fuel or air.

Does it idle good no missing or anything like that can you hear any vacuum noises can't be fule pump if fule pressure good might pay to have a look at the throttle body for any carbon build up

did it over heat before the therm? if not it is the wrong therm. Other than that you have to have a air pocket.

You must have the systems control module scanned for faults that will explain this. Guessing wastes time and money.

Some radios are not compatible with some cars unless they are wired independently or the car wiring suitably modified. I once had to investigate a discharging battery fitted to a customer's car and traced the problem to the radio. When I removed the radio I discovered it quite warm to the touch in spite of it having been switched off for hours. The Sony website told me that radio should never have been fitted to that car. The owners thought it would be ok because it just plugged in... Not sure about dingers or chimes but a buzzer will create enough spurious interference to stop a radio working.

look to see if a lot of road dirt is caked on the shift linkage . The motor that moves the linkage may be getting tired too.May need re placing.

Do you have power at the switch and if so when you hit the brake pedal does it go through the switch? If so check for power at the taillight connector, if not you have a wiring problem between switch and rear of vehicle if you have power it most likely require new taillight circut boards in the taillight housings

Bummer deal! Voltage should peak at around 16volts. In the alternator is a chip that regulates this. If higher, replace this part. Sometimes, its attached to the outside of the alternator, so its and easy fix. If not, replace the alternator. I think the shift problem is not connected to high voltage. Solenoids may shift gears when the computer dictates. maybe you can tell us more of what it likes when the car doesn't want to shift. Make sure the tranny has fluid. Have you changed plugs and plug wires lately. Sounds like misfire, possible ! Should also check fuel pressure , plugged fuel filter or weak fuel pump ! Mass air flow sensor dirty, or map sensor .What engine do you have and does yours have How to replace the spider injector on Cheyv motor 4 3 or 5 7 liter

it is probably a bad coil pack/ spark plug. if they are ok! make sure the fuel filter is good and not restricting fuel flow. check fuel flow from pump. Good-Day!

Sounds like a fuse to me it's very rare for several components to fail at the same time however one fuse can run several areas of a vehicle. The fuses and their locations also a list of what they cover should be at the back of your owners manual if not you could do a search online under fuse locations for your model.

Check actuator or 4wd motor

The actuator could be bad and not telling the motor to switch, or it could be the switch.

the fuses have little metal tabs on each one . use a ohm meter to check continuity on each fuse by probing the metal tabs on each fuse with the two leads from the ohm meter. repeat until you find the culprit. many times this happens when trailer is pulled or trailer wiring harness has been chaffed
