I would replace the fuel pump and the fuel pump connector, both have problems in this year that cause excessive current draw and blow the fuse and overheat the system. If the relay socket terminals are discolored from heat that must be replaced as well. Of course before replacing any parts have a GM dealer confirm the problems i have guessed are to the cause.

I would just replace the relay. Then if it still happens, your fuel pump is drawing too many amps. Causing the relay to overheat and shut off. Time to replace the pump, before it dies on you.

switch malfunction, make sure switch is traveling far enough to break connection

check the crank sensor and cam sensor. That two sensor or one of it gets outs of specs when engine heats and temperature gets slightly warm. then it don't function as it has to. but when engine cool down it will function. again when engine heats up it don't function. check the faulty and replace the faulty sensor

The speed sensor is necessary to tell your transmission when and if to shift. The PCM uses the information from it, plus the way your vehicle is accelerating to determine shifting, and if the sensor went out, or the PCM went bad, then you'll lose your transmission shifting. You can shift it manually though. There is also a fuse under the hood that provides the transmission with power, and of course, if any wiring or connections are bad, will cause the same problem.
