Add transmission fluid
Sure, go ahead. No really, what is you question? If you want to know how to add fluid, use a funnel and add it into the pipe where the dipstick goes. Be careful not to overfill and check the level in park when car is running and transmission is hot (run 15 minuets or more).
Replace thermostat 5.3L 2004 Tahoe
This could be caused by a number of things, but I would start by seeing if the cooling fan runs when hot. They fail quite often, as do the temperature switch and relay which controls them. Also check fuse. If you decide to change thermostat, by a cheap shop manual. You'll need it again I'm sure.
Hood Release Cable
Remove the bracket under the dash. You should now be able to see how to disconnect this end. Remove the latch unit under the hood and disconnect that end. Carefully slide the old unit out and install new.
Service airbag
You have to have the codes read to find out where it is from. Intermittent. is a bad wire or plug usually.

How do you replace sun visor on '05 Tahoe?
The "post" mounted into the roof/headliner has a plastic "cap" cover over the screws, I believe. If not simply remove the screws and drop the visor down...it may have a wire that connects power for the vanity mirror...just find the tiny clips and disconnect. I'd look for the visor using a junkyard "landline" search-first. Trim pieces like visors can be difficult to locate depending where you live in the country. Dealer-sourced, expect to spend $$$ per visor
Good Luck
