it could be the distributor cap is not sitting correctly, lay a piece of sandpaper down on a flat surface and place the cap on top and rub it round a few times, this should help it seat better, only other thing i can think is the icm might have a crack in it and damp is getting in this will stop a spark being made. if it is you can clean the crack and fill with liquid bonding glue, dont matter what type just leave it to dry for 12 hours and keep filling with the glue till its spelled the crack, when dry it should work fine in all weather.

When the problem is ongoing, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also, check fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes?

The blower motor may be bad, it would have to be checked to determine so or not, it also has a fuse, relay and a resistor. If any one of them things fail it will not work, plus the switch that controls it too may be bad. All must be checked to determine which is bad in order to know what your problem is? I wish I could help you better!
On the master window switch control, if the windows work at the doors but not at the master switch, then I would say it is the master switch that is bad, but if you know how and have a volt meter, you can check it to determine if it is as well as all above.
Hope this helps.

The solenoid can be removed to verify movement is unobstructed. I believe the connections are the real culprit. Bypassing the switch and existing wiring is a simple way to test the existing setup. The solenoid can be checked out of circuit too. The load on the solenoid will be needed to see if action is weak. Verify your properties before testing.
