I would change the filter and fluid first.

The brake light switch is on the top of the brake pedal. Power goes from the switch into the turn signal switch, then to the rear lights.I would check the brake light switch first.

sounds a little like timing chain jumped with all the hi voltage on emissions sensors. also check computer for faulty output voltage which could cause all the high voltage readings. Computer is set at 5.1vdc, any other like 6 volts or higher replace computer.

The emergency brake pedal. if you slightly depress the e brake pedal it will turn them off
