It should be under the hood on the front core support....radiator supportor on the underside of the hood somewhere..what can't you find ?

fuel pump fuse number 9 20 amp fuse to ecm and fuel pump.

probably your engine is getting air from somewhere else. may be a crack on intake manifold or just a torn hose which is after your idle control valve.

OK remove the motor out , and take the motor cover out and you will found 3 thing broken in said , replace it . let me know .

you didn`t say what the emission readings were as this can help in looking in the right area.it should be put on a scan tool to see what the readings are,this will help too.

There is a solenoid mounted near the top of the transmission inder the truck. This solenoid is known to fail, I had one go and I know others who have as well. This solenoid activates an actuator up front, usually under the battery, that pulls a cable that in turn engages the front diff. If you have a vacuum line off, it will do the same.

Check vacuum lines, check the solenoid, be sure the actuator is pulling, if you have a pushbutton 4x4 switch, those button assemblies are also known to fail. I'm betting on your solenoid.

Most possible that there is a heavy LEAK on the circuit and thus drains the circuit. This must be probed using a series ammeter which must be able to isolate the drain circuit when the main switch is OFF.
