By skips, I assume you mean misses. If it's missing, changing the coil wont solve the problem. Are the spark plugs fresh? What is the condition of the ignition wires? How are the cap and rotor? If they're all good and the problem is getting worse, check the compression on all of the cylinders. You can get an idea of which cylinder(s) are missing by starting the engine cold and letting it run for 20-30 seconds, then feel the exhaust manifold(s) to see which cylinder(s) has a cold manifold that corresponds to it. Normally, if a valve or head gasket lets loose you will get a miss that can become progressively worse and you will get some backfiring associated with it.

Sounds like you have an injector leaking. Have someone just cycle the key on and off to run the fuel pump but don't crank the engine. If you see fuel dripping from the injectors, unbolt the injector cover on the throttle body, remove the injectors and replace the orings around the injectors.

there are a few differences in 96 there is a range indicator switch which also works as a neutral safety switch mounted on the selector shaft. if the 93 tranny is original it wont have the bosses to mount that switch.

Have the ignition coil or coils checked. That is one component that can become temperature sensitive. Most part stores have the ability to check ignition coils. Another possibility is clogged fuel injectors. If you think that is what it could be, then you can have them professionally cleaned with a fuel injection cleaning machine. There is no wiring diagram for the charging system, unless you're talking about the regulator inside the alternator. The battery connects directly to the alternator, and that's the only wire involved. If the regulator fails, you have to replace the alternator.

ok,try and check the clutch pump probably need to be bleed it.or you most need the whole clutch set.

i would first check my timing making sure its at 0' tdc with the emc bypass wire unpluged then check for vacume leaks

This problem is caused by a defective fuel level sending unit inside the fuel tank. To replace the defective fuel level sender you must remove the fuel tank from the truck.

run a wire direct from battery to the small terminal on the starter motor solonoid ,if it still doesnt work or click then its either the earth cable from engine to the chassis or the starter motor .

It could mean a lot of things, but first thing I would check is your battery and alternator. If one or both of those are bad that could definitely cause this.

Are you asking about the drum for the drum breaks. The breaks are in the drum

If you have already gotten all the air out of the system, you may have to remove the clutch assembly and check the finger height compared with the one you removed as some designs are lower or higher than the original. You can either try to find one that matches the old one or change the throwout bearing (they come in several heights)...In your case I'd use a longer one.
The transmission has nothing to do with clutch release height and the only part it plays in clutch operation is that the neck on the front cover acts as a guide to stabilize the throwout bearing. (always make sure there is a light coating of grease on it so the bearing does not seize on there when in use.)

The no spark issue is most likely the ignition control module, but could be the cap/rotor or coil.

You need to have the oil pressure checked with a manual oil pressure gauge you may have a bad sending unit. If the you oil pressure is the same with the manual gauge then you have a oil pressure problem.
