Driver's door unable to lock unlock
First, you really don't give us enough info to help you. What kind of a car? Power door locks? Do you mean the key won't turn in the lock? Is the lock frozen? What country are you in? In the USA, just call a locksmith and they can come out slip a special tool down the window to open it up.

ABS LIGHT STUCK ON NOW ALSO OIL LIGHT
With out having the car its a bit hard. when the abs light comes on it means a fault of some kind, low brake fluid , faulty censer at the front wheels, a lump of mud can cause them to give a fault report. The engine oil pressure switch may be at fault . Before it is driven again remove the switch and fit a oil pressure gauge start and read the pressure. if OK fit a new switch, if not don't drive the oil pump bypass valve may have stuck open or have a broken spring.

A/c & heater blower motor not operating, fuses
Common problem with the E-class and the blower motor not working was the blower motor regulator. It is mounting right to the blower motor cover on the passenger side underneath the dash. Pull the under dash panel off and you will be able to access the blower motor cover. Pull off the cover to expose the blower motor and the blower motor regulator. Most of the time it is the regulator that goes bad but is possible the blower motor may be bad instead or also.

Hard water stains on my car's wind screen
Windex and newspaper should do. You sure they are water spots and not the glass? When they set out the plastic impregnated in the glass (safety glass), seperates slightly and looks like a water spot or even a bubble. It is a combination of heat & sun rays. May have to live with it or replace the glass.

Burning smell
sound like you have had a circuit over load from a short and now there will be burnt wires under the dash . Check for what wires have burnt and then check the fuse size for that circuit as it should have burnt out before the wires did.
