Radiator fan not spinning

The radiator cooling fan will not start until the engine reaches operating temp OR you have the air conditioning turned on. You may have a bad relay or a bad fan, or a bad temperature switch. You can eliminate the fan by turning on the A/C. IF the fan turns on, then you are looking at what controls the fan for heat control, which is the temp sensor.
