There is a fuel pump relay forward of the shifter (MT) behind the center console panel. There should be two together, the lower relay is the MPFI relay.

There is also one directly in front of a control unit, flow the shifter cables and you should see it (fuel pump relay 2) (mt)

On automatics the fuel pump relay is behind the glove box on the right side.

Loss of power on inclines means a BAD EGR. They're cheap, don't clean it, the diaphragm is BAD. Replace the EGR valve and you're good to go friend.First indication of a faulty EGR is loss of power on an incline/hill.

The vehicle handbook is the place to find that information. If fitted, the likely places to check are behind the passenger footwell kick panel, the engine compartment bulkhead and in the early days the switches were sometimes fitted in the spare wheel well. To the best of my knowledge resetting is done by pressing the button until it latches.

This could be different programming of the new ECU. You might also need to get it tuned with the new ECU. It could have changed the ignition timing.

There isn't one. There is the MPI relay behind the radio. This is powered when the IGN is turned on, and provides power to the fuel pump and the engine computer.

After you changed ONLY spark plug wires? I would say you failed to mark them before you took them off & make a diagram or have reference material & you put the wires on wrong & now you have cylinder misfires & unburnt fuel out the exhaust
