Possibly a disconnected sensor.

change the sealed beam unit

jack car up support it ,disconnect battery cable+,locate starter 2 bolts holds it to block,remove them ,wire from the battery will be connected to starter turn starter until it releases from block lower it slowly take wrench5/16 or 10mm and disconnectfrom starter,put backwards

Let me understand; put diesel fuel in a car designed for gasoline? If so your looking at a whirl of other issues. Diesel fuel is not as combustable as gasoline and requires much more compression (almost double) then a gasoline vehicle, also diesel fuel is more oily and will gel up in cold temps which is why there is a heater on the motor to warm the fuel before entering the combustion chamber and third the engine needs to be pre warmed (glow plugs) to help ignite the diesel fuel. I would start by flushing the engines fuel system/tank and hopefully the injectors/fuel pump werent damaged/clogged. Its prob smoking because the fuel isnt igniting 100% and its like burning oil, it doesn't combust/explode like gasoline it just burns black due to incomplete combustion.

something is wrong with the engine ,could be anything from a vacumn pipe off to the vapour control for the fuel tank ,ask a local mechanic to have a look for you is the best advice i can give as too many variables

As you said, you found light on cluster some like bulb in yellow. it means any of your light is not working, if you wait after put ignition on don't start car cluster will show you massage which light is not working, just replace same bulb.if any issue please let me know. thanks.

the mechanism is burried deep inside the acctual seat. there will be an access fold which consists of a piece of plastic which is folded at the botom of the back of the seat which should untuck so to speak and allow you to access the back enough to see the offending clasp

you have to replace the vehicle speed sensor located at the right side tranny axle out put shaft.it is above the hole where the right front axle goes into the transmission.
