You need to get the alternator checked as it keeps the battery charged. If you have a multimeter, then connect it to the battery with the engine running. It should show around 13 to 14 volts. If it shows 12 or so, then the alternator is not working.

could be the cylinder compression , could be the TPS ,or something else, get the OBD codes read so should point to the sensor/switch at issue , if no codes have the cylinder compression's checked

It is not as simple as replacing the gaskets. No reputable shop will do this without also servicing the heads because they may need to be straightened, valve seats checked etc. Potentially, you are looking at over a grand to do the job properly

I would be looking at an adjustment problem or a stuck dedent ball ( in the shift lever base)that is causing the problem

Since the cooling system is sealed, if there is no external leak, the engine may be burning coolant out the tail pipe due to a leaking head gasket. You may want to try a different shop for a second opinion.
