Radiator fan runs after ignition is off and key is removed
Does the fan motor shut off after a time or does it run your battery down?
If it runs for a time and shuts off, this is normal with a lot of cars today. It is a second stage cooling system that keeps cooling even after the motor is turned off. They all have either a temperature control or timer switch that turn them off.
If the motor runs till your battery is discharged then the temperature or timer control switch has gone bad and needs to be replaced.
Should you find that your car is overheating while in town, then the fan motor or sensor switch are usually what is at fault and will need to be evaluated and replaced accordingly.

What's your problem? amber engine light stays on after starting my car
HelloWhen the service engine
soon light (Also called the check engine light or engine management
light) is turned on this is to alert you to the fact that Powertrain
Control Module (computer) has detected a failure somewhere in the
systems it controls you may not feel any difference in the way the
engine runs, this can be the transmission or the engine or emission
system, there are fault codes set in the modules memory for these
faults. What needs to happen now is to have the powertrain control
module scanned with a special tool called an OBD2 electronic engine
control scanner or a OBD2 code reader. Once the code(s) are read then
you must perform the diagnostics for each code and make the
appropriate repairs based on the findings of the diagnosis that was
performed, this is called doing "Pinpoint" testing.

Okay Russell, your check engine light is on,you can go to Autozone and they will scan your Jag. for free and it takes only a minute and a code will appear and they may be able to tell you what the code is or bring it back here and post it.

Ac starts blowing warm when idling
Usually a sign the cooling fan is not working, or a problem with the freon charge in the system. In very hot weather, the ac system will not be cold at idle under normal conditions.

Glow plug warning light comes on after driving
Yes it is to begin with you went over 4000RPM. The reason for the light is inadequate fuel. Once it flashes it will reduce power, You may have water in the fuel, or injector clogged, could be a turbo boost pressure. Mainly add a fuel cleaner in the tank.

HI I HAVE PUT A/C NEW COMPRESSER ON MY 2002 X TYPE JAG
It should be either on the alternator, power steering pump or the a/c pump. You will see slotted holes in any I have stated. You loosen them and there should also be a long bolt that goes down to another bolt like a "T".after you loosen the slotted bolts up you will tighten that up and it will tighten the belt.If you don't have the long bolt you'll use a pry bar on the part i stated earlier to pry the belt tight and while holding the pry bar tight as with the belt to tighten the bolts up and it should be tight now..If you have any other questions just re post and we'll help you.I hoped this helps.Have a great day..
