Sounds like what you may have is a compressor clutch trying to quit on you. I have a Honda Odyssey and it was doing the same thing and it too had proper amount of freon. Am not sure how to test that clutch for that issue but eventually it will stop working all together just as mine did. soon as the clutch was replaced, had the cold air back. Sounds like the locking / latch mechanism is either locked or broken, try to remove the glove box after removing all the screws that secure the hinges on the glove box. Hope it helps.

What fuse blew ? What did you hook up to for battery power for the fog lamps ? What aftermarket fog lamps ? Hope you know you can't just hook up aftermarket stuff just any old where . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop. Let them see what you did wrong .

Take off the door panels, and check connection to the speakers, and trace it back through the door wiring and see if there are any breaks or kinks in the wire, or anywhere the outer coating has come off. It sounds like you may have a short in the system, something isnt grounded right. It can be a long, tiring process attempting to find the issue, but it is the only way. Something that would be cheaper than taking it to a dealer would be to find a local stereo store, and either have them trace it for you (they can use an ohmometer to check resistance and connection), or just have them put standard speakers in and possibly a new deck. It is hard to say without having the vehicle, but it is a wiring issue from the sounds of it. Breaks in wires can come from pinching in the body, under seeats, in door panels, or harnesses connecting to the doors.

This is for your head lamps. Hope you can read it? There is hi and lo beam relays. The top terminals in diagram for relays, hot all the time, use a test light to check for voltage, unplug the relay. At the actual head lamps in diagram, the top wires are voltage for hi or lo beam, the bottom wire is ground. At either relay, the load side of relay is that line with arrowhead, terminals 30 and 87. The control side of relay needs voltage and ground, terminals 85 and 86. Your bcm grounds either one of those relays depending on signal from headlamp/dimmer switch.

Problem is most likely park shift interlock. This has to do with shifter. The vehicle don't know it is in park and will not allow shut off or key remove. Need to take vehicle to a repair shop and have fixed.
