2011 equinox rear wiper replacement

I just replaced mine. Lift the rear wiper up as far as it will go. which is not very far. Place your fingers on each end of the wiper and pull down. The blade is held in place by a clip. Gentle pressure will downward toward the window will cause it to disconnect. An extra pair of hands to hold the plastic cover up helps. Note the orientation of the blade when you disconnect it. The replacement blade may have a clip on it which may need to be removed. Place the replacement blade in the same orientation as the one that was removed and clip back in place.

The battery on my car went dead, now my car indicates the airbags need servicing.

Nothing unusual about that.Just another layer of safety . SRS as well as some others safety systems can not distinguish between electrical supply failure or a disconnected/damaged component of that system so default mode becomes the SRS/airbag warning light. You need to go to an authorised Chevy type dealership and have them plug in their relevant test equipment which will test the SRS and if ok it will cancel the warning light.....until the next time you get a flat battery or disconnect it for some reason! It can be a big pain for many crash repair shops. Good luck....Eddy

High Pressure Fuel Pump noise on start up?

Look that really isn't anything to worry over, the pump slows down as soon as it is started. Do you want to spend $600.00 and replace the pump, no doubt it.

Chevy 2011 equinox

bank 1 intake sensor fault, I would disconnet wire at sensor with key off and look at terminals closely to see if the female terminals are tight together so as to when they are plugged into sensor (male spades) are tight in connector, and not partially backed out. bank 1 is the head that is the farthest forward on eng. (pass. side) and intake sensor would be the inner sensor....there are 4 of them...2 exhaust and 2 intake . each head has 1 exh. and 1 int. sensor. good luck hopefully you just have a bad connection !

How do I replace spark plugs and wires on

First, I think it highly unlikely that a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox would be due for spark plugs yet. They only have to be changed every 100,000 miles.Second, you could spend the rest of your life trying to change the spark plug wires on that vehicle and never accomplish it. 2011 Chevrolet Equinox is not equipped with spark plug wires. Then, if the spark plugs were somehow in need of replacement at this time, I highly recommend that you do not try this at home unless you have access to compressed air to clean the debris out of the spark plug tubes. Otherwise, severe engine damage can occur. (I have replaced many cylinder heads because of DIYers attempting to change their own spark plugs without the proper methods and equipment.)With all that said, you must remove the ignition coils to get to the spark plugs.
