The driver door switch and passenger door switch also receive voltage from the BCM turn signal supply voltage circuits for the mirror turn signals. The door switches have no function or control of the mirror turn signals other than a pass through connection for the circuits. The audio chime is also activated when the turn signals are ON. The instrument panel cluster (IPC) receives the signals to activate the turn signal indicators over the GMLAN serial data system. When the hazard switch is pressed, all turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn indicators.

You have a bad transition valve or disconnected vacuum line on said transition valve that moves the blend door open and or closed under the dash. If you have the heat on and heat only goes to driver side and still cold on passenger side, then the problem is at the passenger transition valve.

That should tell us if problem is before the fuse or after. You always want to check voltage and ground circuits, for lamps. Do the front park lamps work?

Are you certain that the correct size of tire is on the truck? A smaller tire will cause the speedometer to register faster speed. If it does have the correct size, the speed sensor would be the cheapest place to start. If that does not fix the problem I would think the speedometer head might need to be either replaced or calibrated.
