You will most likely need to replace a part called the window regulator, it is the mechanism that moves the window. As it is a fairly complicated job to replace the regulator have my guess confirmed by a trusted repair shop or the dealer.

What problem are you trying to fix? All modern cars have the engine light. It only comes on when the electronics detect a significant problem and briefly as you start the vehicle.

How did you test the bulb? A lot of modern vehicles use 'twin element' bulbs so you can still get a 'good' reading on a blown bulb if you only testing one element.. If you still have high beam but no low beam it is most likely the bulb or a short somewhere in the wiring.

Be careful with terminology, ATF Fluid is a sort of an oil, but it is light in viscosity. Gearbox oil is for vehicles with manual transmission and is considerably thicker and would cause issues in an automatic.
