Disconnect the battery, find the screw fixings and undo them from around the steering column cowl (you may need to take some dash components off), remove the cowl to expose the multi function switch. Disconnect the switch by separating the plug and socket. I the the switch is held in by a click in place type arrangement where you need to pinch some prongs to release it. Push the new one in and reconnect the plug and socket. Put the cowl back on and reconnect the battery.

when a deployment occur . You need to change both air bag module, change SDM (supplemental deployment module) need to change the SIR coil Inside column steering and the front discriminating sensor. Befor installing you need to remove the SIR fuse or disconnect battery no reset needed hope it help

It would normally be included in the tach install kit that I assume you don't have.

A flashing light usually means exhaust related

It's a fused circuit, so check the fuse, probably under hood, labeled injector. A shorted injector can shut down the injector drive circuit, so pull off all injector connectors, make sure fuse is good, then check for power to the injectors. Injector circuit should nave hot wire anytime key is on. Has constant voltage to injectors. When the computer internally grounds the injector ground wire, the injector will pulse.
