What other vehicle parts are interchangeable
Your telling us,you have a vehicle that is less than 12 years old & you are installing used wornout parts on it.That is a lot of work to install junk, on a critical part onany vehicle,as well as unsafe, in my opinionBeing a salvage yard scavenger,you should know theyhave a national register, to look that up for you

As for the horn, inspect the fuse and relay and most common it would be a bad ground wire or worst a bad horn due to corrosion. Horn will be located in the drivers side fender.

My 1999 Chevy Blazer will not shift beyond 2nd gear. It is a automatic transmission.
the shift solenoids could be the problem should be abled to drop the pan to get to them just pay attention how it comes apart. the ones i replace was pretty easy. there is a round plastic peace on the solenoid that has a screen built in to it this screen can be clogged. the only place i'veever been abled to get them is at a transmition shop
2000 Blazer stuck in 4WD
The first thing I would look at is the shift rod on the transfer case. If I remember correctly, it is on the drivers side and is a rod aboutsix inches long and has two ends that basically pop into rubber gromets. If that rod is bent in any way, or has come loose of the gromets, it will not shift into or out of the four wheel drive. If yours has electronic four wheel drive, the electric acutator could be out or going out. you should be able to remove the rod and simply move the switch by hand on the transfer case. It will get you out of 4 wheel drive until you have the ime to diagnose the electronics at least. It has happened to both my 1994 and 1999 S-10 blazers.
No gas coming out the injector and there is gas
Is there an injector pulse going to the injector?(an electrical pulse to fire the injector).
Is there spark at the plugs?
If the pickup in the dist is faulty you won't have either one.
If your vehicle uses a crank pickup with or instead of dist pick up....if it is defective ....no pulse.
The above is 90% cause of no pulse....other is computer problem 10%.
If you do have a injector pulse and no spray.....and have fuel pressure....change the injector.
A quick check for spark is spray a little starting fluid in it.....if it starts on the fluid....spark is present.
