Highly unlikely any damage will have been done so long as it hasnt been in use for a long time (weeks).

In a front loading washing machine, most of the mechanicals inside are held between springs at the top and dampers at the bottom. The transit bolts are used to minimse how much movement can ocour whilst the machine is in transit as excessive movement could damage the springs/dampers. When they are removed, normal movement of the mechanicals helps keep the machine stable and minmises vibration.

So, the worst that happens when the machine is used with the transit bolts in place is it vibrates alot, and possible moves about.

Remove the bolts as soon as possible and it should be fine.

Sadly you motor armature may be on the way out. Hence the brushes burnt out. The new ones will fail as well soon. I suspect the commutator is burnt as well. However it could just be that the commutator is worn and arcing excessively. You need a commutator cleaning file. A Commutator cleaning stick is used to refresh the surface of the motor commutator in a washing machine before the carbon brushes are replaced

I do recommend that, like most engineers will do when replacing carbon brushes, that you clean the commutator on the motor armature. This can massively extend the life of the new brushes and makes the motor work more effectively as then the carbons have a better contact with the commutator itself.
This is a very fine abrasive stick which cleans the commutator segments without doing any harm to them, the use of other materials is highly likely to cause damage to the motor when cleaning. It is also designed to reach into the commutator whilst the motor is still in place in the washing machine saving the need to remove the motor in many cases where there is access.
Please do note that these sticks are extremely fragile and prone to breakage, a long and well known thing about them in the trade but even broken they are still perfectly find for the intended purpose. Sadly, it's just a thing that we have to live with on these items. You can buy them here in the UK.

This error means the washing machine door will not open promptly or might not open at all. It could be caused by a number of potential issues from wiring faults to damage to the door lock..
