Zanussi Washer dryer ignoring all programs and just does a pulsing humming sound (Only works well on reset mode)

It seems like you've done a thorough job troubleshooting so far. The E69 error could be related to a heating issue. Since you've already replaced the heating element, it's worth checking the thermal fuse. The thermal fuse is a safety device that can sometimes cause E69 errors if it's faulty. Given that you have access to a spare machine, you might consider swapping the thermal fuse from the spare machine to see if it resolves the E69 error on your primary machine. If the spare machine's thermal fuse is in good condition, it could be a step toward identifying and solving the issue without having to switch the drums. Remember to disconnect the power source before attempting any replacements, and I hope this helps you get your tumble dryer back in working order.

Zanussi fridge freezer not working.

You will need a service call for diagnosis and repair. It could be a faulty thermistor (electronic temperature sensor), or it is low on refrigerant gas and needs a top up. Gas is the most likely reason. Make sure the freezer isn't on an Eco Mode that only deep chills the bottom, and useful if the freezer is nearly empty. https://www.google.com/search?q=Zanussi+integrated+fridge+freezer.+The+fridge+seems+too+cold+and+has+frost+at+the+back and https://www.google.com/search?q=Zanussi+integrated+fridge+freezer.+freezer+only+cold+at+bottom ..

Zanussi ZWF1021W Washing Machine bearing replacement?

Take a look at the videos. You will need a bearing and seal kit, plus some grease. You can knock the old bearing out using a large socket on an extension bar. That is also useful for gently seating the seal without damaging it. https://www.google.com/search?q=Zanussi+ZWF1021W+Washing+Machine+bearing+replacement Later machines have the bearings bonded to the drum. Zanussi zx97/5W Fridge keeps getting warm...

If your Zanussi ZX97/5W fridge keeps getting warm, there could be a few possible causes:
  1. Thermostat malfunction: The thermostat controls the temperature inside the fridge. If it is malfunctioning, it may not be able to maintain the correct temperature, causing the fridge to get warm.
  2. Dirty condenser coils: The condenser coils are responsible for removing heat from the fridge. If they are dirty, they will not be able to function properly, causing the fridge to get warm.
  3. Door seal issue: If the door seal is damaged or not sealing properly, it can allow warm air to enter the fridge, causing the temperature to rise.
  4. Fan motor issue: The fan motor is responsible for circulating the air inside the fridge. If it is not working properly, it may not be able to circulate the air, causing the temperature to rise.
  5. Temperature control issue: If the temperature control is not set correctly, the fridge will not be able to maintain the correct temperature.

Zanussi washing machine door seal metal wire ring has come off, how do I put it back?

To put back the metal wire ring on the door seal of your Zanussi washing machine, you can follow these steps: Ensure safety: Before starting any repair work, make sure the washing machine is unplugged from the power source to avoid any accidents. Locate the groove: Examine the door seal and locate the groove where the metal wire ring needs to be inserted. The wire ring typically fits into a groove on the inner edge of the seal. Position the wire ring: Take the wire ring and position it in your hands so that it forms a complete circle. Make sure the ends of the wire are close together. Start at the top: Begin by inserting one end of the wire ring into the groove at the top of the door seal. Apply gentle pressure and work your way around, pushing the wire into the groove. Use your fingers or pliers: Depending on the size and tightness of the wire ring, you may be able to push it into the groove using your fingers. If it's difficult to do so, you can carefully use a pair of pliers to assist you. Be cautious not to damage the wire or the door seal during this process. Continue around the seal: Slowly and steadily work your way around the door seal, pushing the wire ring into the groove. Take your time to ensure that the wire is securely in place and properly seated within the groove. Double-check the installation: Once you've inserted the entire wire ring into the groove, double-check that it is evenly positioned and properly seated. Ensure that it's securely holding the door seal in place. I'm Sophia and CEO of Homyclean, and I love sharing my amazing cleaning, laundry, bathroom, best washing machine cleaners and maintenance experiences with you. Error code 367Zanussi cooker not working what is the cause of the error code 367

Error code 367 on a Zanussi cooker typically indicates an issue with the temperature sensor or thermostat. When this error occurs, it means that the temperature sensor is detecting an abnormal or out-of-range temperature. Here are some possible causes and steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Power cycle the cooker: Turn off the cooker and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can resolve temporary glitches or errors.
  2. Check the temperature sensor: The temperature sensor is responsible for detecting the oven's temperature and sending signals to the control board. It's possible that the sensor has become faulty or disconnected. Inspect the sensor for any visible damage or loose connections. If necessary, consult the cooker's user manual for instructions on how to access and check the sensor.
  3. Inspect the thermostat: The thermostat regulates the oven's temperature. If the thermostat is malfunctioning, it could be causing the error code 367. Look for any signs of damage or wear on the thermostat. If you suspect a faulty thermostat, it may require professional repair or replacement.
  4. Contact customer support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it's recommended to contact Zanussi's customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance. They will have the expertise to diagnose the specific problem with your cooker and provide guidance on the necessary repairs or part replacements.
It's important to consult the cooker's user manual or documentation for model-specific troubleshooting steps or error code interpretations. The manual may provide additional information or suggestions for resolving error code 367 on your particular Zanussi cooker.

Zanussi Lindo 300..keeps adding water to finishing spin cycle

If your Zanussi Lindo 300 washing machine keeps adding water to the finishing spin cycle, there may be a few possible causes. Here are some steps you can try to diagnose and fix the problem:
  1. Check the Drain Hose: Make sure that the drain hose is not clogged or kinked, which can prevent the water from draining properly. Try removing any blockages or straightening any kinks in the hose.
  2. Check the Water Inlet Valve: The water inlet valve may be faulty, which can cause the washer to continue adding water. You can try cleaning the valve or replacing it if it is faulty.
  3. Check the Pressure Switch: The pressure switch controls the water level in the washer. If it is faulty, it can cause the washer to continue adding water. Try cleaning the switch or replacing it if it is faulty.
  4. Check the Control Board: The control board is the brain of the washer and controls all the functions. If it is faulty, it can cause the washer to not operate correctly. Try resetting the control board or replacing it if it is faulty.
  5. Check the Door Lock: The door lock may be faulty, which can cause the washer to not enter the spin cycle and continue adding water. Try cleaning the lock or replacing it if it is faulty.
  6. Check the Motor: The motor may be faulty, which can cause the washer to not enter the spin cycle and continue adding water. Try resetting the motor or replacing it if it is faulty.
If none of the above steps work, it may be best to contact a professional technician for further diagnosis and repair. They can inspect the washer thoroughly and ensure that it is working correctly and safely.

Hi the grill on my zanussi freestanding cooker is not working but the oven and hob are still working and we replaced the element in the grill so it's not that

If you have replaced the grill element and it still doesn't work, there are a few other things you can check. First, make sure that the grill is actually turned on and that the grill control knob is set to the correct temperature. Next, check the grill's thermostat, which is typically located near the grill element. Use a multimeter to check the continuity of the thermostat, as a faulty thermostat can prevent the grill from heating up. If the thermostat is functioning properly, you may need to check the grill's selector switch, which determines whether the grill or oven is used. A faulty switch can prevent the grill from working. Finally, if none of these solutions work, there may be a wiring issue within the grill or in the main control board of the cooker. In this case, it may be best to seek the assistance of a professional technician to diagnose and repair the issue.

Zanussi washing machine zwf16070w1 error code 66

Error code 66 on a Zanussi washing machine is a fault code indicating a problem with the control board. The issue could be related to the wiring, the control board itself, or a component connected to the board, such as the heater element. Since you have tested the heater element and found that it appears to be working correctly, it's likely that the issue is with the control board. However, it's always a good idea to double-check all the wiring and connections before replacing any parts. If the problem persists after checking the wiring and connections, it may be necessary to replace the control board. Replacing the control board can be an expensive repair, so it's important to consider the cost of the repair compared to the value of the machine. If the machine is old and the cost of the repair would be more than the value of the machine, it may be more cost-effective to purchase a new machine.
