small motor on the back of the switch is week or there is an obstruction on the switch dial if yours is digital the relay on the board id week usually the plastic relay casing is deformen slightly restricting the relay function tap it gently

Looks like it can’t drain the wash water. Unplug the machine.Check the pump for hair clips, coins etc. Try turning the fan at the back of the pump before opening it. You should be able to turn it easily. I presume you have the filter clear?

It's a control module fault memory error.

If it's in warranty, call for service.

I would have guessed your washer may have alot of dirt and dust inside if its got alot of usage. How old is it. How long has it been happening. If its new you may want to check the amps for the machine and then ask is the outlet rated for that amps. If its 20 amp machine and your outlet is 15 and the breaker is also 15amp its going to need a better wire upgrade.

could be the rps sensor if you are tech minded check between tub top on frame of washer you should feel a plastic bag this has tech manual inside and will tell you what to do

Unplugged for 5 mins will soft reset the board. If it's not spinning at all, you likely have other problems. Contact whirlpool for service companies who will come take a look at it.

There should be some resistance but you should be able to move impeller with your finger.
