Oven does not work displaying F9 on the display GE, Whirlpool, and other brands use this same code for this same issue (door latch fault). You might be able to just clean any grease/buildup from the latching hardware, but it's probably an issue with the mechanism, control board, or wiring between the two.

Whirlpool electric range Super capacity 465 has the lock stuck in locked position. Door is open, but the lock won't retract! It keeps flashing F530 message and won't stop beeping!!

Cut power to unit at breaker for a few minutes. Then plug back in. That may reset electronics to unlock door.

Either the broil element is bad or the broil relay in the clock / control is bad. Both can be checked with a meter
