This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size. Who the hell informed you, if there is no bulged capacitors at the power supply; it has no fault at all?

One board takes in the HDMI as well as the other signals. Sometimes part of the board breaks and that is what sounds like has happend in your case. This is a fairly common problem and most people tend to just live with it. Others sell thier tv and a few find the number of thier board to see if one is available on ebay or shopjimmy. If you are comfortable with electronics the board is not hard to replace.

Have you tried doing the channel search? If that does not help replace the main board

Refer its user manual and do a default settings to picture. Just decrease the color to your taste, and it will be the best settings.

I think you have an off centered voice coil of your speaker..
