Sounds like there might be a short in the wiring or a faulty keypad. What model keypad are you using for programming?

Press your code and then chime on the keypad to turn on or off.

you have two options. first download an internet accelerator. but this will increase the speed minimally. Second option is to change your service provider. I suggest you to go broadband.

If you bought Vista or it came with with your system, you will have the key.

In laptops, it may be a microsoft sticker on the bottom of the laptop. In servers on the back or side.
The key can also be on a paper/sticker near the manual. It will clearly say microsoft.

If you did not buy/get it, ask a friend :-)

As this is only occurring in the left corner, I'd try to determine exactly where the water is coming from (that's causing the damage). I suppose it could be condensation if the unit is over ten years old, but it also possible that a connection slightly loose or worn.
