Model SGPD432. How do I update my maps?

Hello Karen, You need to connect the GPS to your PC or Laptop, make sure you have internet service. Plug it into the usb port and follow the prompt. Depending on warranty, you may have to pay for updates. Here is a link to the manual for your GPS. Good Luck, JP Sylvania SGPD432 User Manual

The screen says please point

The screen shows a plus point with this message.Just click the plus symbol.It moves to somewhere else in the screen. Again press the point continuously till the point disappears. Normally six or seven times.Then the system start works.

My sgpd 432 blows the fuse every time I plug it to charge or to use it. I need to get it fixed a.s.a.p. as I use it for my work

did you try another charging cable/device, or connecting cable to computer (if relevant) !? can you change the inner battery (probably not) ? if you did, and prob remains, then your device might be dying, and needs to be fixed/replaced :-(
