DARN..Reliant was the house brand of Trendlines/Woodworker's Warehouse. They have been out of business for a 20 years.seems similar to the Grizzly model G1183 or G1276 Combination Sander 6" x 48" Belt 12" Disc (except blue not green) maybe that'll help.

remove belt and see if belt rear drum is moving, it so replace belt.

try tightening belt buy using adjustments. refer to instructions.

you can but would need to chase down the needed overhaul parts or send in to a repair shop but give it a good cleaning and lube the bearings first

I used to have an oil gun - like one of the old fashioned straight grease guns but for oil. It had a fine point and delivered oil at high pressure - the harder the push the greater the fluid pressure and the more force of the point against the oil nipple which provided an effective seal. An oil-filled syringe with a short piece of flexible tube pressed over the spout might provide a solution. If the flexible tube is pressed all the way up the spout to the body and then is trimmed to be slightly proud of the spout, when pressed hard against the ball valve might provide a seal and enough fluid pressure to force the ball from the seat...

You would have to manufacture one. The best bet is to find a identical model, for parts horse/spare pieces.
