You need to check or verify the V.O.B format requirements of your TV and your V.O.B format on your U.S.B if it is match to each other.

If the V.O.B format of the U.S.B is not match on format requirements of your TV try to convert it.Depends on what kind of format needed.

How many times this standby/power light blinks at one time switch ON? Count it carefully. These blinks are fault indication, and known as blinking codes. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON; you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV. if all 4 inputs work with another input source(i.e. your Motorola box) it indicates the issue is with the TWC input source. Also check your HDMI cable to be sure it is in good condition & properly plugged in on both ends.

Sounds like a power board issue. Unfortunately this is a common problem in flat screen TVs. Typicality this happens after the tv is three years old or older. Some will last several years. The repair is almost cost prohibitive. The replacement board if you sent it out to a repair shop would cost approximately $190.00 and altleast two hours labor $180.00 for the repair. Most repair shops also charge for a diagnostic fee. That fee most likely would be around $50.00.

I would venture a guess that it is the main board. You should be able to find one cheap on ebay, then go to you tube for a "how to replace" video. Not hard to replace. Good luck...

I had the same problem with my 55 inch Samsung TV (blinking red standby light and a clicking sound when the TV was turned on, TV would not come on). After checking components on the power supply board I found that the five 33 ohm (orange-orange-black) resistors and changed value. Each resistor measured approximately 3.6 ohms. I replaced all five resistors. Now the TV works.
