I'd be looking at your internet speed. Sometimes when there are a lot of users at the same time the speed is reduced that will cause that. Have your provider test the modem to see if it is passing the speed you're paying for.

moved you to TV out of computers the model i picked is wrong but fixya is not samsung at all. and only few models indexed. smart TV sure, well do all the other streaming apps all fail too? if yes then the internet connection is bad. dont use wifi, it is hard to use, and very weak , slow and can overload easy for sure lots of neighbors on same wifi channels. so use ethernet cable cat 5/6 connect it to the router from TV to Router direct wired, see it does work, and now you know why it didnt before (WIFI sux deal)

Hi Lbirnel, Your TV is not producing enough sound and so even the surround sound system is not able to do much. Sometimes the software in the set gets corrupt and the sound goes low. Someone who can open the service menu and can check/correct the settings if this the case. Secondally, the sound section on the main board is not producing enough sound due to aged or failed components. Again an experienced TV Tech can do the job. most likely you need a new mainboard it is the board that all the hdmi ports are on pull it out and get the part number off the board and search google for a new part buy it and replace it
