I had this same issue. It turns out that the battery diagram is a bit confusing. I had the bottom battery in backwards. Now the conveyor works fine.

Most often in such a situation - it is time spent on repair and searches for irregularities. It is a pity to throw it away, but repairing it is even more difficult and not reliable. I myself face this constantly.

We had the same issue here. The motor would run but the drive rollers would not move. I took the entire engine assembly apart and determined that the drive gear (pinion) on the motor shaft had slid out and disengaged from the other gear(s). I pushed it down to re-engage it and it works. A spot of glue where the gear meets the shaft seems to hold it in place. Good luck - lots of screws.
